Marine enthusiasts, boaties, and pirates will be glad to hear that the Sydney International Boat Show (SIBS) 2014 is dropping anchor now. Running from 31st July until 3rd August, SIBS will be held at the new Sydney Exhibition Center at Glebe Island and the Cockle Bay Marina in sparkling Darling Harbour.
It’s estimated that more than 60,000 visitors will turn up to delve into all that the show has to offer – and there will certainly be plenty! Expect to see over 150 boats floating on the water, and an array of marine and electronic accessories on display. And, of course, there will be lots of FUSION entertainment too!
FUSION’s Marine Entertainment Standard protocol, FUSION-Link, will be on showcase at the FUSION stand, with all major marine electronic manufactures now supporting the protocol. FUSION’s stand will also be sporting a salon style lounge where you can sit down and enjoy the experience of FUSION in cabin marine entertainment system. Make sure to stop by and ask our friendly staff for a demonstration of the neat FUSION gadgets in action.
Once you’ve finished taking in everything at the Sydney Exhibition Centre in Glebe Island, visitors can jump onto the free harbour ferry service, and cruise over to Darling Harbour. Berthed in Darling Harbour will be a large array of ‘grunty’ power boats and grand sail boats that have come from all over the world to be part of the show.
