Each year, you'll see Fusion® Entertainment at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS) – it really is a highlight of the year. The biggest on-water boating show in the world, it showcases everything from the smallest of dinghies to the largest superyachts on display.
The 2019 show – and FLIBS' 60th anniversary – saw over 110,000 visitors through the doors. With the 2020 show coming up (28th October to 1st November), we think it is a great time to reflect on some of the favorite on-water activities in Florida – the Sunshine State and boating capital of the world.
The Venice of the Americas
Fort Lauderdale itself is top of the list for boating locations. With more than 40,000 yachts calling it home and over 300 miles of inland waterways, it's earned the nickname of 'The Venice of Americas'. If you're here during the October-November months, you'll have the chance to enjoy not just the balmy waters of the Gulf Stream, but also visit the nearby coral reefs. While you're at it, why not blast over to Bimini in the Bahamas for a quick tropical getaway – it's only 50 miles away.

The five-star experience in Jacksonville
If you're ready to get your heart pumping, then the world-class kingfish tournaments in Jacksonville is where you've got to be. See if you can nab anything over 50 pounds – the biggest catch of the 2020 tournament.
While you're over there, be sure to visit one of Jacksonville's fine hotels, world class marinas or five-star restaurants and make sure you get to enjoy what the USA's largest city by metropolitan area, has to offer.

The Key to a good day's boating
The jewel of Florida truly must be the Keys, famous for its limes (and delicious Key lime pies) as much as for the incredible fishing, diving and cruising opportunities. Get on the water, get the tunes going and you'll be welcomed in.
You could spend months at the Keys alone, exploring the unique personalities of each of the islands. Key Largo's shipwrecks and reefs make it a favorite with scuba divers, while deep-sea sports fishermen flock to Islamorada for the sailfish, marlin, kingfish and wahoo.

Show off what you've got
If you want to make a splash in Florida, then you've got to make yourself heard and that's why we teased the market with our new Signature Series 3 range at FLIBS last year. If you want to get noticed, then the Signature Series 3 sports-style speakers and subwoofers with industry-first CRGBW LED lighting are the way to go.
Incorporating both Cool White and Warm White as part of the RGB LED light spectrum, you'll be able to illuminate your boat with an unprecedented spectrum of colors. From premium pastels to vibrant hues, you can match your music for an impressive sound and lighting experience, that will set you apart from the rest.
